In my opinion, and my opinion only..i would approach his po about it ASAP! Before the potential real fatheror the ex friend does. Tell him the truth, that you believe the child is in fact your bf's, but there is a possibility it may not. Unless the po is a complete jackass , how could he not sympathize ?
Can the ex bf even legally force you to pay for the paternity? and if by chance the ex bf is still in a committed relationship, id make sure and let the girlfriend know all about his cheating ways, just to return the favor for the hell he has put you through!
My fiance and I dealt with many parole officers; some okay and others real jerks. I do not trust any parole officer. Both my finance and I have had to keep are relationship a secret from his parole officer because he can not have a relationship with a person who has minor children (my youngest is his). He has gotten violated for being with me a few times. However, the only thing that brings me hope is that he will be off parole in 2013. That is just a few months away. We have lived apart all of our relationship of six years. I have never revealed some much of my personal life, even on this website. Sounds like the ex just wants to make trouble, there may be some complications you should seek the advice of an attorney because of the label your husband has; RSO are treated so unfairly. I know first hand. Now for your ex-friend, God's punishment is much greater then our own; allow God to deal with her or him. I hope and pray everything works out for you.
