I know those first few months are tough, but I can assure you that things will get easier for you both as time passes... just give them no excuses to come sniffing around you and your business. People are usually pretty lazy, they will take the easier route, so if you make no waves, they will have no reason to do anything extra to get in your business. Shoot the way they transfer my husband around it is almost like he is filler to someone's roster rather than someone they need to really 'supervise' other than what is required by policy or law.
the computer thing at your house will change as time goes on. There are methods of negotiation and there is usually a process in which it can be earned. It might mean some software or a lot of password protection, but eventually it will be doable too.
They're bringing his case here to PA, so the judicial side will be here. In case there's any issues it will not be going back to FL. So that's good.
The part in his release that says he can't have a computer will be changed to where it says he can. My son is not in a hurry for that.
But we're going to fight the sO treatment. Talking to our lawyer tomorrow. The judge in FL says my son won't be taking that only a mental health treatment... that's an issue for our lawyer to deal with.
All in all things went pretty well. The PO looked at my son a few times and told him that he doesn't seem like the 'norm' he sees in his office, and that he's low risk and thinks my son has a good future ahead and was pretty encouraging despite him telling my son he needs to deal with his 'problem of cp', which he doesn't have... but my son won't be telling him he accidentally downloaded it, just shaking our heads yes and smiling at this point. We'll deal with the other stuff later.
No more questions after that.
