That would not be a problem in SC as everyone drives 15mph over the speed limit.

Nakohichi: I never knew anyone when I was on probation that was violated for speeding. I did get a few tickets for speeding while I was on probation.

I wonder how many of the 10% were violated on a single ticket vs. multiple tickets. If that is what it takes to get violated in some jurisdictions they have set the bar very low.

Brain.. I've been doing a lot of research on supervised release and recidivism. Statistics show that 10% of all those violated and returned to prison were for speeding tickets. I like to post the link to the reports and info here but I have so much of it pulled .. but when I find it I'll post the link.

Remember, breaking any law when on probation can mean you are in violation. Most people go back to prison for other things that are not related to sexual offenses.
