Still no sentence...........

I know, it's going to be a while...it's good that it's taking a long time...his charges aren't THAT terrible...I know I'm fortunate compared to other people...but I'm losing it. Months now with nothing to guide me. No idea how long he'll be away. No idea how we will get our life back to anything resembling "normal"- I had to move to a tiny apartment, I'm losing my car, my daughter is moving in with my brother all the way across the country, I'm broke, and I just don't know how I'll get through this. I know I keep whining and complaining here- I don't know who else to talk to. I have no one out here in the real world- my family has nothing to do with us, and neither does his. I feel totally isolated and worried to death. I am sorry to complain and bitch so much, I just need to get this off my chest. I feel like, if I at least knew how long this is going to be, then I could plan. Like, if it's going to be a year, i could stay with my crummy new job, stick it out in this apartment, and wait. Or, should I be planning a big move? Will he be gone more than a year? How will I support myself and my son? I'm already in trouble financially- it seems like it will just get worse and worse!
I just want to know how long I have to wait for him to come home.

Did he just get arrested, what are his charges, has he seen the judge. Sorry I'm a little confused.

Hey its ok bitch away we don't mind!
They will have to take into account the time his already done when they do sentences him wich can work your way.
Sit down work out a budget with what little money your getting that will tell you what you can and can't addfored.

Just let it out; anytime you can you just let us know how you're feeling, and you'll feel better. Write a journal if you don't want to air and of your private details; just be sure to mark it private and the bottom.
We know how you feel; been down that rocky road. If you can apply for assistance do that; you could get housing assistance or food assistance. I am so sorry but the best thing to do is don't loose hope. We are here for you.

Thank you...I feel like, if we just KNEW how long, it would help us. He's really anxious to know, too. We had a visit today and he told me he feels like he's learned everything he needs to kearn from this. I wanted to say, "Me too!" but I didn't want him to feel guilty, so I told him we both must need to learn just one more thing- how to wait. It's really hard not knowing how much longer.

I feel like not knowing is always the worst part. When my guy first got taken in on a violation, it took 29 days to figure out what they wanted to do with him. It was the worst 29 days ever, constantly worrying whether he'd be fully revoked and be gone for 4 years, or if he'd be back home in a few days. That sort of uncertainty can drive anyone nuts.

I'm right back there with you now. It's been a week since his "Tylenol Investigation" began, and we don't know anything other than that he's been removed from him program. Back to wondering if I'm going to see him within the next 4 years again...

Keep us updated when you hear something! Good luck for sure! It's amazing how even just a little information can make things so much easier to live with.

Naillo, I hope you hear something positive very soon. Gordostia, we're awaiting sentencing, there's no trial. Not sure if the charges will both stick. Don't know much of anything except that it's been 11 weeks- 76 days- and it feels like a lifetime. I honestly don't know how some of you bear it.

My guy has been in jail awaiting sentencing since September 19th and I don't know what is going to happen., We go to court again mid january and hopefully get some resolution to some of this... Try to do a budget plan for you and your son. I know the waiting is hard. I still don't know what is going to happen to my guy. I wish I could think of a good outcome of this but I just can't. and I don't know if there will be yet but I'm hanging in and waiting it out. We are all dealing with financial troubles. Trust me its difficult when you are all by yourself... and taking on the weight and troubles of many... You are strong and you will get through.. Try to think positive.. If you ever need to talk, I'm here to listen.

I'm sorry you're going through the same thing as me- and with the added challenge of your guy closing down. Thank you so much for reaching out to me. This is the hardest thing I have ever been through, and I appreciate your kindness so much. I'm here for you too.
