You have to take care of yourself. Part of that is keeping your temper. Maybe that is your dear Freddy's point. Stewing over her is not going to help the situation.
Because you are at their mercy with your health. It is an idea to try hard to see their good points. Try to not dwell on the bad points for they become larger and more noticeable if dwelling on them. Try to dwell on their good points. So that when you look at them that is what you think of not the negative.
Whatever you look for you will find. This is just a coping technique I use when around some that are difficult people to be around. I will not say who. LOL!
I truely hope your situation improves but if not try to help the situation by letting positive thinking to overcome the bad. For your health. Mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Protect your mind from all the negative so your health does not suffer anymore.
Love you Lynn. Praying for you.
Love Rhea
