The DA is goning to offer a plea deal tomorrow and it isnt going at all how it was suppose to. It sounds like now they are trying to throw extra chargers, they are saying he has to go to prsion for his time and i have no idea how far away he will end up being.... they also are most likely increasing the time from what it was suppose to be they were saying 18 months but they are adding more time and i have no idea how much they could add. We have already gone 3, almost 4 months now and hopfully whatever time he gets he will only end up spending half but right now im freaking out and i have no idea how i am going to be able to deal with all of this. i dont want to lose him but what if im not strong enough? he is also scared that prison will make him grow hard and he will slip back into his old ways of thinking.... gosh im so scared and just not sure how i will handle it if he gets many years....... plus when he is in rescpetion waiting transfer there are no phone calls and it could be months of that. im a fucking messÂ
As far as prison making him "hard" that's pretty much slight and what you see in movies/tv. My guy has been in for 5 years and he's the most sweetest, gentle man I've ever known! He's a lover not a fighter at all, so I doubt if your guy has a good personality/temperament being behind bars isn't going to change him into a monster.
Please take a walk, write him a love letter, go to the store and buy him some cards, anything to get your mind in positive mode until tomorrow. After tomorrow than you'll know how to map out your future plans. As one of my favorite singers Jon Bon Jovi always says, "when you map out your plans always do it in pencil", because as you know life doesn't always go as we plan, however we're all strong enough to handle anything if we continue to believe in ourselves!!
Thank you gregsbaby that's what I told my guy too, that he doesn't need to become hard just because of his situation and that he needs to just continue what he has been doing, I also really like that quote . It's just hard because I don't want to lose him, he is the guy I want to marry, just not Sure how I will survive if he got years. Ugh well we will see soon enough
