like I said, it's like a progress report, just as you would have a review at work or school. Reviews are nothing to really worry about at all.
That being said, a bad review can really get a guy down. in 2012, Michael got a not so great review....he was told he wasn't eligible for a transfer...he'd been working so hard for. I didn't hear from him for a couple weeks. he was depressed and grumpy. then, it's like a switch flipped and he worked twice as hard, found out in may of 13 that it was a clerical error...but at that point, they had to wait till his next review to do anything about it. In November, he got his review...and it still took till last week to transfer...but just keep it in the back of your mind, that if a review doesn't go the way your guy would like for it to, he may grump about it for a while.
