It happens in the usa and sometimes in the Asian countries. ....why ive got no idea.

I dont know i know in the usa guys sit on death row for years in the Asian countries depending on the crime its normally pretty fast...like start after the court case!
The whole thing is nuts.

It happens here. The death penalty is used when the crime is so gross such as a capital murder charge. Capital murder means the person just killed the person in cold blood not giving it a thought. It's also used for execution murders. Those are where the person uses overkill, which translates into someone just shooting and shooting even after the person is dead. It's also used for serial killers. Those are people who keep murdering people for no reason except for their own pleasure. Yeah sick isn't it, but some people get off on that!

You're right suchas there are so many people on death row for years and years and I don't understand that. It's crazy! I do believe in it for the serial killers because why should they be able to still eat, sleep, and other things they've taken away from so many families.

I think death for murderes thats the easy way out they should live with what they done and have the worse time in there. No tv, etc just the standard. And they should be kept alone at all times. That would kill em inside. Some dont ever feel remorse which is so disgusting

The problem with that is that they then live off the tax payers......its a rock and a hard place kinda thing.
Yes some wont and will never understand what they did is wrong bad gross creepy.......yes ive seen it my man has seen it more then me...the flip side to that is that there the guys who get hammered (here anyway ) in prison and are likely to die in prison still believing in what they did was just ok and they shouldn't be there.

My husband was murdered last August by some piece of shit that's felt no remorse or anything. He still gets to see his friends/family while my baby doesn't have a father to watch him grow up and do all the things fathers and sons are supposed to do! So yes for me if I had the power to strap him to a gurney I would!Why should I have to keep paying for his 3 meals and whatever else he's getting, especially the air he's breathing and he's going to go to his home when he gets out; my husband's home now in an urn in my bedroom!

It's ok I know you didn't know. Don't feel bad, you didn't know. I sometimes want to crawl under a rock and never come out believe me, but I have to take care of myself so I can at least see him graduate high school! Plus I have a great guy who I love to the moon and back ;he's the one that's incarcerated. So yes the situation is horrible, yet there are things, like my baby and my guy that keeps me going!! Oh and my bff in cyberspace <3

I cant come to grips on death. Its how can someone be here today yet not tomorrow. No contact it gives me anxiety. Do you still speak about your husband and is your boyfriend understandimg of it? I feel so bad. Im here getting upset over my boyfriend being away maybe 10months max and you lost your husband. I feel so ungrateful. U seem as such a strong woman. Its sad because he didnt die of normal causes someone took his. You never know what is gonna happen tomrrow and if you need a chat ever, im here to talk even though i havent been through it. My boyfriends mate got murderd it was horrible it was a shock to everyone 4 men, stabbed him to death but before hand the boy who got murdered messaged my boyfriend sayin im on my way to pick you up. I do speak about him and I always will as he was the father of our baby and I'm the only one who can tell him about his papa. I also "talk" to my husband alot still, not as much as when it first happened but there are days that I cry a river while talking to him. He's still with me and always will be, especially since he's living through our son! As far as my guy he knows the whole story and he can't help but be fine with it since he chose to still be with me with me 6 years later! We were together before I met my husband but had been broken up about 4 months. I told him I'll always love him and never stop being friends and yes that made my husband unhappy of course but I never lied to him about my feelings for G and he still wanted a relationship with me. Crazy I know. It wasn't suppose to be like this, but it is what it is. Maybe I did have a fairy godmother that kept us together all these years! So strong, maybe sometimes but not all times and that's ok. Definitely tell him you love him everyday because no tomorrow isn't promised to us.

It must be so horrible to be left to pick up the peices and explain to your son everything that happened they say god has a plan dont they and everything happens for a reason. Youve been through a lot, the death of your ex, now your boyfriend in prison and your still holding your head high! I admire that i really do. Yes always tell him i love him and im there for him and he knows it, i always read our letters before bed. And all of that im gonna go see him thursday and go court friday so hopefully he gets sentenced so in a way i can get a bit of closure from it and start counting the days down life is a scary thing really isnt it
