Boy do I hate decisions, but darn it I'm such a fighter, especially when it comes to the case. I know some of you have read my petition, well they just released Martin Tankleff, total different scenario, well kind of coming out of Long Island NY,,,,,Suffolk County, he was not in my petition, but through the years I have written to Martin Tanleff, he was a mere boy when Suffolk County detectives tricked him into a false confession of the murder of his parents, google him, you would not believe the publicity he has.
Thing is I wrote to the NY State Commissioners a few years ago about Freddys case, yeh, well we don't have fancy attorneys, investigators, a darn fan club, but mostly publicity. S.I.C. as the Commissioners are known is now supposingly doing another "INVESTIGATION" on Suffolk County NY, probably the DA's, and Police Department, as well as some judges.
Now some thing like this could be a open door for Freddys case, "COULD BE", I don't know what to do, maybe I'll just write Freddy a letter and say here is "YOUR CHANCE" you do it, or I'll be stupid enough and try once again, "ITS THE CASE", we have more or less ended, but in my heart I know 100% Freddy is innocent. I don't know what to do????????????????? "HELP"?????????????

I would help Freddy if you can. If he is innocent he should be out. If I can help you I will.

Can you get a hold of that investigator Jay Sal Peter. Maybe he could use Freddys case to help Martin and in return help Freddy!

With that kind of investigation going on it seems like now is the time to try again, I hate the thought of an innocent person punished for something they didn't do. Good luck.

Wow what a powerful story. It gave me goosebumps to read it. Since you and Freddy have such a long history and you're still going to be his friend I would try to help him.

Marty said one time, or more then once to post on his sight, but "NO", none of his team members would help me, I spoke to the investigator, and to the one attorney, money does the talking, his family has money, although they say they don't, plus Martys case has tons of publicity for many years. I'm happy for Marty, but there is much I can do except try the Commissioners once again.

Now might be the time to stir up some publicity of your own. Call the News paper, press etc etc.
