Prayers needed

In need of prayer. My husband filed for an appeal about a month ago and an attorney has been assigned.  Praying this goes my quickly and smoothly.  Asking for prayers and support and I promise to do the same in return.

I hope things go the way you want. Just be aware that appeals can be a bit of a gamble and can take a bit of time to go through.

Definitely what SL said. My guy filed an appeal and it took a whole year to be heard and he didn't win, so not to scare you, just be prepared.

We do have a bitb of a saying around here hope for the best expect the worst.
My man got 4 years for something he did not do we where told if we appealed it he would of got longer iam not trying to scare you i (like gb) just want you to be prepared for anything.

This entered process is scary.. Everyday I tell myself I am strong and I can do this and then I breakdown so hard . I swear this is a nightmare with no waking up. Mybhusband was also put away for something he didn't do. There was even a witness who was there during the time this indicient occur and said he was not involved. I pray and pray and pray and I break down even harder....

I wont bs you this is hard work! But you have to keep talking, writing, and seeing him if you are able to. Oddly enough it becomes a new sort of normal yes there will still be crap days but this is doable! If your depression gets to bad do see your doctor.
Just remember your not the first one who has had a loved one in for something they didn't do......i know of at least 5 ladies who partners went in for something they didn't do.
Come here as much as you want.....its a good place with no judgment.

Greatly appreciate the support. Please forgive me if I came across as I am the only one going through. That was definitely not my intention, I was just venting. I will be on this forum often as I need the support and hope that I can provide encouragement to others as well.
