Wow, how is every one, I'm still hangin there. Wanted to come over many of times, buts its hard cause I watch my 2 youngest grandsons. My husband is still incarcerated, almost 39 years now, but got a DE-NOVO HEARING thanks to a wonderfull attorney we found in NY State, so if any one is from NY, needs a good Parole Attorney we found one. He goes in front of the PO Board on monday or tuesday, I don't see them ever setting him free, they have way to much to lose.
I will put up one heck of a "Civil Lawsuit", if they ever let him go???? Besides his innocents, the PO Board did his hearings with out any trial minutes, we found out they were lost in 1971. All the parole board keeps doing is adding bogus charges, been going on each and every hearing. I'm so darn tired.
Wish I could take another on line degree, but I'm just not focusing the way I once did, 14 very long years is a long time of obstacles in my road, just wish the obstacles would be removed.

Its been a very hard road all these years, I hope he makes it this time, but who am I just his wife, I always let the Serenity Prayer guide me, or Footprints, what can we do but keep up this battle untill the day that we die?
