Love conquers all

After all the hard back to back lockdowns for 6 weeks it has finally been over for a week now and we have seen my man twice and have had 3 phone calls from him. Today we had a 3 hour visit and it was awesome. It is always hard to leave him but lately I leave with a sense of euphoria knowing that our love for each other will conquer all the lockdowns and unexpected things that happen with this lifestyle. I have just never felt so sure about our future as I do now. Just wanted to share!

That's really great! I was just saying something like this to my friend. I haven't had to deal with a lockdown yet so I can't even imagine how hard it is to go through. But as someone pointed out to me the other day, it takes a lot of strength, courage, faith, and love to get through this. But anything you have to work this hard for is worth it! So glad you got to have a good visit!!!

I needed to see your post today... I have been doing the poor me stuff again.. I feel bad and the last two calls he made to me I'm upset and moody... now I'm past it but he's upset that calling me had mad me moody. I wrote him to explain I was moody because I miss and love him not because he called... anyway... love does conquer all the rough paths ahead... I need to just take it one day at a time and hope the end is near... good luck to you.. thanks for helping me even though you didn't know you were...

Thank you ladies! Angeladam I do feel truly blessed! Minxy you are right anything you work hard for is worth it! This have really been hard work these last 6 years and more to go! Cmorton thank you for your well wishes and good luck to you as well. I had the same feelings when it was fresh. It is a very confusing time. I think you're doing the right thing by writing him about your frustrations but also remember to encourage him and express your love because when you attack him he'll go into attack mode then both of you will be too upset to uplift each other through this hard time. So glad you have a short time to go through this. Hang in there!
