Hello everyone,
My grandson lives in Louisiana and I live in Texas. I am familiar with Texas laws a little,however after reading about Louisiana laws on certain charges they are very strict. Has anyone experienced any famly members whom has been sentenced by the state of Louisiana? Was the sentence harsh in your opinion? Thanks in advance for your response.

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
Personally I used to volunteer with a Wrongful Conviction Assoc in Canada however they had a lot of US friends and I think that the South period has pretty firm laws...
Is this a crime where someone was physically hurt?
