You have handled alot, and did it. You are the proof it can be done. People just getting into this long awful process may not understand yet, or for awhile but we do survive, and sometimes it makes us stronger. Did we want to be pushed to get stronger? Oh hell no. But we did it.
I am at the last 3 weeks or so of a THREE YEAR wait. I have survived unemployment, depression, loneliness and so much more. I have learned how to get through it. Sure we don't have any choice. But you can sit home and cry, or get busy and do something productive.
We can't change the fact they are gone, but we can choose to not sit and cry all the time. If you are depressed, leave the house, go do something. Shop, talk to friends, get into some sort of project, or go help an elderly neighbor. Something that takes your mind off your own problems, and keeps you busy. That's the key.
Stacy, you are a wonderful friend, so glad to have met you on here. We WILL meet someday. Heck, we have to. We both survived living in BP!!
This woman went from not being able to think without being upset about her brother to a very strong, busy, productive woman.
HUGS my friend!
