There were plenty of nights that I cried to myself because I had no one to talk to. At t ih me u would write in my journal, lash out at him and many other people then I went to church were I need to go back too and prayed like I never prayed before. When I walked I to the church I cried uncontrollably because God broke every chain of frustration, hatred, hurt, pain, you name it I had it. It will get better just pray, keep the faith, and always know that God give his toughest fights yo his strongest warriors. That's what keeps pushing me.
Remember this is just a test of your love and patience dont give up at the end if the tunnel will be a light and also a testimony.
Lash out on here we get it we have all been or going through this and we know what its like.
Keep writing to him those letter are a lifeline to both of you, lashing out at him doesn't help if anything its likely to upset him and don't forget those calls are record and listen to by co's.
You'll be surprised how much stress lessens when you have someone else to vent to or even just journelling your pent up thoughts.
Hugs to you and welcome!
