When ever we get stressed/depressed, or what ever other feelings we may have,,,,think of The Serenitity Prayer, or a counselor told me this many moons ago,,,make a GOD JAR, and fill your GOD JAR every day with whats bothering you on that day, by writing it on a piece of paper, sit back, take a deep breath, and let God handle your feelings for the days....

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
