I found a consultant online that i spoke with this morning. He assists inmates in Federal prison get released early to a halfway house. He looked up my brother's case and sentence and said he is a prime candidate for the Second Chance Act. As of right now he is set to be released to house arrest on 11-25-2013. This consultant said he should be able to get him released to halfway house 5-6 prior to this date. When he gets to the halfway house, he needs to get a job and than within 2 weeks he can go to house arrest. the catch is that he would need to pay 25% of his income to the halfway house while there and when he goes to house arrest he continues to pay the halfway house and for the home monitoring. I don't care about that because it costs me money to put on his books for the phone and corrlinks and buying magazine subscriptions and books. I would much rather pay for halfway house than that!!
I am off to round up the rest of the money i need to get this started. I hope this works...It makes me hopeful at least..

A good friend of mine is donating a huge collection of sheets and towels she has from a condo cleaning business she no longer runs, so that i can sell them to get the rest of the money I need to pay this guy. I am so thankful for her! She knows my brother and how important this is.
I guess I hope the sale goes good this week, so I can hire Michael. I hope he can do as he says. I am sick of disappointment.
I sometimes wonder what crime I could commit that would get me the same release date as my brother so I would not need to sit here and worry, wonder and cry. I was doing better but I see myself sinking back to the anger and sorrow mood. I want off this roller coaster!!!
What the heck happened between your first post and this last one. My god, do not even think about doing something to go in til he gets out. He would yell at you for saying that.
First, IF you know this guy is reliable, check it out. But you can't kill yourself working extremely hard to come up with the money.
