We talked three times on sunday and he pretty much called me all last week. I got one letter so it was nice to get all those calls. Today I found out that the call line was blocked so he couldn't call me... We had $0.35 on the phone account so it wasn't insufficient funds but I guess you have to keep a certain amount on the line in order for them to call out. I don't know if he tried to call at all sunday night but he couldn't get through. I hope he calls soon. I went to get his magazine he collects of Retro Gamer. They are a little expensive. He doesn't want it sent to him. He just wants me to keep it at my house every edition that comes out. We have court December 19th.... and I fear that he won't get out any time soon... It is hard not knowing what direction this is going to go...
his lawyer still won't talk to me but I will know what is going to happen soon... I will track the lawyer down by any means and he will talk to me. Is there anything that states he cannot tell me things about the case? Just curious. He's had other cases going on that they have continued my guys' case twice. I don't find that to be fair that they have spent all their time on these other cases and no time on my guys'.
Thanks Giving is coming soon and I just feel empty... I am glad my kids' will be spending holidays with their father this year. I need to just cry and feel upset that day. I will miss him and he has promised to try to call me that day so I won't be so lonely... I really hate this time of year... If only he were home, I could enjoy it with him and it would be better... he is my life..my whole world... How do you all handle the stress of holidays without your true love? I find it too much to think about and I'm often ccrying and hoping that something happens soon.

Thanksgiving is coming...and personally, I can't be more excited! Time for family and friends! I have 3 thanksgiving dinners to go to...3 groups of family and friends to spend time with. There isn't time for me to sit around the house, much less to cry. I have cooking and baking to do, nieces and nephews to play with...then Christmas crafts to work on and shopping to do! Michael loves hearing about all my excursions and believe me, he hears it all.
It's been hard this month, to keep his Christmas surprise a secret from him! He'll be shocked at all the thought and work I've put into Christmas for him. Hopefully in the coming weeks, I can do everything I have to do so I can just kick back and enjoy Christmas.
I guess I handle the stress of holidays with Michael gone by keeping busy and keeping in spirit with the holidays. Lighthearted happiness is always my goal. Sometimes I have to work at it....but I have to work a lot harder to NOT enjoy this time of year.
You can ask BF if he has spoken to attorney (or seen him), but don't have him tell specifics regarding the case (can say going to request another continuance, etc) as calls and letters are recorded to assist the DA with their case (and you don't want to show your hand). This will give you an idea if there is any progress until you have been given permission to speak with the attorney.
