haven't heard from him in days...

he hasnt called since sunday. I am worried. He said he would call and after our little fight he said he forgives me. what if he never calls me again? Its getting late and I want him to call. even if its just to say hello and i love you... I miss him so much... i know its only been two days but he was calling every day and I specifically asked him to call me monday... he didn't.. he hasn't called tonight either. I have sent letters but I know he doesn't have any commissary supplies yet. he was supposed to put an order in today.... I can't have so little contact with him.... If I'm going to get throught this and be with him... he needs to talk to me.. he knows this... he knows how upset I get when he doesn't talk to me or goes days without talking to me... I can't do this. I need him... I love him so much... why won't he talk to me...

one of the things i do is i look up where my guy is to see if they are on lock down if that don't work I text his mom and see if she heard from him and after that I pray to make sure everything ok but I know if something happen to him his friend will call me and tell me...one thing is you need to be patience and if he in pc that sucks at least when my husband was in pc he called 2 or 3 times a week....

Sorry. It is possible that if his at the assessment place he can't call as much as you want him to the phones can get busy in the prisons check to see if his still there and if there on lockdown or not. At least you can check that...I can't Australia prisons are backwards like that! Oh and if his getting transferred to another prison he may not be albe to contact you.
It is just as hard on him as it is on you iam sure he wants to talk to you. Deep breaths and keep writing!

I checked. /they still have him listed at the same facility. my only hope is that he didn't want to wait to use the phones or is mad at me and punishing me for whatever reason...i told him that he had to choose me or his kid's mother. he said that I was letting her get in my head..then he told me he forgives me and he would call me monday. that didn't happen I don't think thee is a way to check if they are on lockdown... I will call tomorrow I guess to find out... It just sucks going days without communication. I don't think he went to assessment yet... anyone know if he can at least get and send letters once he is at assessment?

what is pc ? As far as i know my guy is still in county...

Pc is protected custedy.
It sounds like the phone get busy where he is. We all get worried when we don't hear from them when they said they would call it's normal.
As for ex it sounds like she has the green eyed monster going on and hates the fact you are standing by him. I wouldn't give her the time of day and she doesn't sound like she is worth listening to.

There are so many reasons why he did or could not call. I don't believe he is mad at you and wants to punish you. Through assessment, he might not be able to call, but he will be able to receive mail, so keep writing to him. Do you have your phone set up to accept collect calls? The first weeks are the hardest as there is no telling what is going on. I know the waiting sucks, but there will be communication once he is actually settled in. You have gone through too much for him to play any games. He is fine and will call the minute he gets a chance, trust me. Where is the county jail? Is it too far to visit?

My guy's facility is replacing their telephone software system, and there won't be any calls made for a week until they're finished. We've been through a "telephone fast" before, and we'll make it through this one, but my guy's son has a birthday during the down week, and he won't be able to call him. This will be the first time in ten years that they won't be able to talk to each other on that day. Major bummer.

I don't think he is in protective custody. He was calling. Then we got in a fight but he seemed fine when we got off the phone. He hasn't called since which is why I think that he may be upset with me.. I've been writing him but he said he'd not have any supplies till next tuesday. He is still at the county jail from what I know. Its just so odd that he'd go so long without calling me.. he knows I worry a lot! Yes, my phone has been set up to accept calls from him. I have even checked with that to make sure its active. I don' t know what to do..

Sorry but there's nothing you can do but keep writing to him he will call as soon as he can have a bit of faith in him.

Like Rew has said before on here prison/jail is hard and they don't always call us when they promise or write when they say they will and it's out of their control most of the time because they are in survival mode while in there. Not hearing from them as often as you'd like comes with the territory of being in a relationship with an inmate. It's so tough. I know it's easy to get impatient or worried especially when an argument recently took place, been there done that with mine, but what I learned is to just write write write and he'll eventually respond. Let him know how you feel. Hope all is ok and good luck.
