The 15 minutes waiting for that phone call seem to stretch out FOREVER but the 15 minutes of the actual phone call zip by SO fast!

And what do you say we all gang together and find the you have one minute remaining lady and give her a kick in the pants!! LOL! Just kidding! (Well kidding a little)

I completely agree!!! The waiting does take forever to get that phone call (but then again, I never know exactly when he'll call...I just get a feeling on some days that he'll call, and usually he'll call that day!) but then those 15 minutes do go by so fast...we'll be having such a good conversation and then the stupid little beep will start!! And it will feel like we had only been on the phone for maybe 5 minutes..its horrible!! LOL

Oh I soooo dont miss that message!!! I almost cried every single time I heard her. I can honestly say I hate her computer generated butt!!!!!!

We must all hear the same voice!

I am tempted to time them myself..wonder if they would listen if we told them our watches timed it differently?

Be easier to find the lady and kick her in the behind!

I am up for pants kicking, only my recording is a dude, more fun to kick, lol......We get 20 mins but it seems like 5 like the rest of you say.

Nothing like WASTING 10 SECONDS of the LAST 60 I have to hear her annoying voice!!!

We figured out early on that after the voice comes on to say your call is over there is a brief little space before it actually hangs up... JUST long enough for one last "love you!" Our phone calls were never complete if we missed that or times it wrong. Funny how we learn to squeeze out each second we can, huh!

Funny - we don't have a limit on the amount of time we can talk (though the long conversations cost us an arm & a leg..) - but I'd sure like to find the "This call is from a correctional facility" lady and rip out her vocal chords...

It's like "HELLO! I just ACCEPTED the call, I KNOW who it's from!!!" :) How funny...

Our calls last for 30 minutes once a week right now until he is finished with pt and goes back to his regular facility. I also hate the 60 then 10 seconds left recording. The last one just leaves space for the I love you and that's it.

I REALLY REALLY dislike that "one minute remaining" lady! If you find her, let me know! LOL! Yes, the 15 minutes do go by SO fast. And by the time you hang up you remember all the things you wanted to say but forgot. Sometimes we are lucky & get 30 minute calls. I enjoy both 15 or 30, because it means I get to hear my guy's voice, & tell him how much I miss & love him. I think the phone calls help me make it through each week. However we haven't had any recent calls. It's been some time. We are waiting on some extra money for it to be possible. Thank God for the mail! Otherwise, I'd go crazy!!!
