I can't stand the daily crying spurts. I wake in the morning and have a morning cry in the shower. I cry on my way to work. I can barely recognize myself in the mirror. I am temperamental. I flip out over everything. Big or small. I am staying with my boyfriends parents until my new apartment issues are fixed. My boyfriend was sentenced to 4 years! its barely been a week. I waited for him 5 months before and did way better than this. Why can't I tolerate being without him now? I cry and cry. I don't want to do anything. i AM always sad. I try to eat but most of the time I pick at my food and throw most of it away. My boyfriends' kids' mother contacted me. She told me a lot of stuff that supposedly went on before he went to jail. I can't even get him to tell me the truth because asking him would get him in trouble. His mother said that he did go to the dentist with her and the kids. the kid's mother says that they kissed and he had his hands all over her. .. I don't kn ow what I should believe. I am angry and upset. I am waiting for this man but I don't know if I should now... what if I'm waiting for him just to break my heart? He says that he is going to write me about that incident and that he only lied because he thought I would over react. he claims he didn't kiss her. I don't know... we've never had those issues before.. He tells me he loves me all the time. he can't wait to get home to me.. I lvoe him more than life itself... I'd die if I lost him. I feel like I'm dying now... I'm falling behind on myy work and I don't know how to fix it! I don't want to live like this. I just want my boyfriend to come home... He's been there a week. Slowly feel like the time is killing me from the outside... We fought yesterday night... he says he'll call me tonight but I don't know if he will. I am trying to be positive. I am trying to focus on the important things but its impossible! I can't even contact his kids. She has threatened to call the police and tell them that I'm harassing them. I was getting to know them for two months before he went to jail. I just want to be able to talk to them...I can't have him and I can't contact his kids. His parents absolutely love me! I just feel so lost. I want to wait for him but he is always telling me its too long to wait... he says I can wait for him and he'll love me waiting but that I don't have to. I just don't know what to do or how to feel. I just want to be numb...and not feel anything... ever. I want to feel nothing...
I know how you feel. My life is not fun without my fianc, and I just try to pass each day. But, I try (emphasis on try) to stay busy and do things because it does not help to just sit at home and cry. It does not make the time go by faster. He will not serve the entire time and there is always hope for an earlier than expected release with the overcrowding and laws changing, so keep your hope upalways! Write to him, talk to him on the phone and make plans for the future. Prison is a bad place, but it is not as bad as being in a war zone, like so many US soldiers. He will be able to work, take classes, be outside, play games, etc. He does not have to worry about being shot by the enemy.focus on that, if that helps at all. Crying is good and cleanses you, too, but find ways to become closer to your guy. I am sorry.
