My boyfriend was arrested about 5 months ago and I've been having such a hard time dealing with it, but I never tell him because I know he is having a harder time being incarcerated. I miss him terribly, every single minute of every day. I keep remembering all our times together and it's really hard for me to accept I can't just go hang out with him any time I want whenever I miss him. I was able to visit him twice a week for two months now but I had to move cities this week since I got a job in another city and it's breaking my heart that I won't be able to visit him that many times anymore. I promised him I would still visit him at least once every other week since that is the only time I can considering work and distance and gas money and all that, but it makes me really sad whenever I hear him tell me how much he misses me.

Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

I would really focus on baby steps and staying in 'today' as best you can
The Serenity Prayer is big in prisons for a reason..
."God grant me the serenity to change the things I can
Accept the things that I cannot change
And have the wisdom to know the difference
Finding some of this serenity will help you a great deal to get through this.... Big hug....xo
