THEY DID IT AGAIN, HE ONLY HAD 2 COMMISSIONERS, THEIR STALLING, AND ONLY ONE DID THE INTERVIEW, AND THE ONE THAT DID THE INTERVIEW HE SAT IN FRONT OF HIM BEFORE, THE OTHER COMMISSIONER SAID NOTHING, THIS GUY ALREADY HIT HIM (FREDDY), SO MY THINKING IS HE WILL JUST HIT HIM AGAIN. BUT IF HE DOES THIS IT IS AMMUNITION AGAINST PAROLE, I REALLY BELIEVE ITS ALL ABOUT RUNNING GAME, AND I FEEL LIKE I'M GOING TO LOSE MY SANITY ANY MORE, NOW ITS WAIT FOR THE DECISION, I'M NOT SURE THE PRO-BONO HAS ENOUGH TIME TO FIGHT THIS, HIS REAL BOARD-BOARD IS JUST AROUND THE CORNOR IN MARCH, OH AND THE WARANT WAS A (ERROR) WHY WON'T THEY JUST RELEASE HIM ALREADY, WHY DO THEY KEEP RUNNING GAMES???????????

As long as he's locked up there, the prison gets to collect federal and state monies I'm sure. It does suck! I'm so sorry you are going through this. I'll pray on it.

I've seen this done before, they're trying to get his anger to rise so he'll snap and they have a reason to keep him longer. next time you speak to him tell him no matter WHAT he HAS to keep his head. As Jody said as long as they have him they collect money on him, so they are going to try and keep him as long as they can. It's sucks and it's frustrating, and it's infuriating but that's what they want. They want him to get so ticked he does something that will jeperdise his chance of release. He has to just accept what happens and keep his cool until it's over.

Mamabear, I'm sorry that you're so frustrated. Believe me, we all understand and feel that aggravation. Try to calm down and put it in God's hand. This is one thing that you cannot control.
I'm not so sure that they're keeping him so they can make money. Most prisons are overcrowded, so there's someone waiting to take his place. I don't know why they won't release him, but it'll happen when the time is right.
