I'M NOT SURPRISED AT ALL, THATS JUST THE WAY NY IS. THEY TOLD HIM IF RELEASED HE MOST LIKELY WOULD RECOMMIT A CRIME, YEH RIGHT HE IS IN ALMOST 40 YEARS, THEY SAID HE IS A THREAT TO SOCIETY, AND THERE IS ONE MORE EXCUSS THAT THEY ALWAYS USE BUT I CAN'T THINK OF WHAT IT IS RIGHT OFF HAND. OUR PAROLE ATTORNEY SAID THERE IS ONLY ONE THING LEFT THAT WE COULD DO, GET A RISK ASSESMENT DONE BUY A PRIVATE DOCTOR BUT THAT WILL COST $1600.00 DOLLARS, THAT SURELY WOULD TAKE A MIRICAL, I DON'T ANY MONEY LIKE THAT, DON'T EVEN COME CLOSE. JUST WANTED TO LET YOU ALL KNOW.

If someone told me that I could set my hub free for $1,600-I'd get it in writing, get a cashier's check and have it done. We aren't getting any younger and it would be great to have some time yet together.

Their crystal ball has their wires all crossed and messed up. They take those stupid tests when they get to the prison after sentencing. While they are of course not calm or even keeled at all and say after they answer 12,000 questioons that they KNOW each inmate.......bull!
I could do a test on my likes and dislikes and it would be different every time I did it....depending on EVERYTHING in life from how I slept to that conversation I overheard that put me in a weird mood to gee! that oatmeal is making me feel awful strange.So many factors can alter our answers on a given day....they think they have the perfect tests that never lie.....that fits all people.
They disgust me! That they could think they could know anyone so easily.
I know! Lets give them the test! See what it says about them!
Sorry for the rant!The testing is one thing I would really love to see done away with. Just treat each person as a frigging person instead of a laboratory rat that they are dissecting.....and getting the wrong answers because the test is CRAP!
All pigeon wholing tests are never 100 percent accurate and demeans the person God gave life to, that is being tested!
