My husband was rushed to the ER on Friday morning...he had strep a week before that turned into a throat infection & peritonsillar abscess...he had put in a request to see the doctor on Thursday but the CO that has had it out for him refused to tell him they were calling him..when I talked to him Thursday night he could barely breathe & he's a tough guy but I've never heard him sound so scared. Needless to say his throat started to close up & they immediately packed him up and sent him to the hospital, gave him two IVs then transferred him to a different prison that has a medical center in it until they can determine whether or not antibiotics are enough or if he needs surgery to remove the abscess and his tonsils. We're praying our lawyer or our petition work to our advantage before they decide to ship him back out to where he was...this dude could have been responsible for my husband's death- on the same day my dad died four years ago. It's been a rough weekend!
