First, you just go on the discussion list and read things people wrote. There may be something that is similar to what you are going through. Ask questions, comment, say whatever you want.

Write a journal, about what you are dealing with or feeling. People will answer them.

Ask anything you want. Someone will have answers for you.

You aren't alone in the feelings you have while going through this. We have all felt them.

Click onto the HOME section and find things people have responded to others on, too.

I've not long since found this site, found this group, found another on the site and it is the best thing that has happened. I don't know people yet but the support I have received is phenomenal. I have social workers, health visitors, loads of professionals involved but nothing compares to thus group. Not one person has told me I'm a terrible mother, that I'm disgusting or that I'm an idiot to still speak to my husband let alone still love him. I felt like I was the only person ever to have experienced this pain but now I know I'm not. I may not be in the same country as most of the people here but can honestly say the past few days have been an awful lot easier!
