I am waiting for the love of my life. It doesn't get any easier. He asked me to contact his friend to get his address so he can write. I tried and the friend wouldn't talk to me. He doesn't know me so I guess I understand. I finally went to my guys' dad. He got me the information and now I can tell my guy the address. It just sucks that there's something I need to do for him but his guy friend won't talk to me so I can't set it up. My guy plays basketball with a group of guys. He wanted me to get the flashdrive of basketball to the guys....but if they won't talk to me, I won't be able to do that. I hate not being able to do something for him that he has asked me to take care of... The wait is horrid but I think I have come to terms that I have to be strong for him. I don't want to do any of this but if I am an emotional mess I'm not going to be much help. I can't stop the tears. THey just come out. I'm going to be close company with crying and missing him for a while but at least some of the time, I will have chores to take care of for him. That is a good thing for me. I am starting to sell movies and things that we have on amazon and Ebay. Its a slow process but finally I can function a little bit.

It's good to find an outlet to keep you busy. It helps to lessen the pain you are going through during the day. It just means in the evening, the tears will flow for awhile.
Do what you can; if you can't do certain tasks, let him know and why. He will understand and knowing the steps you have taken to get those tasks complete, he will know that you tried what you could to get those things done.

He called today and I told him that I tried to talk to his friend but he wouldn't talk to me. I did end up getting the address he had needed from my man's dad. He's been very helpful. Apparently his dad is willing to co-sign with the lawyer as well. That is going to be wonderful! Things are looking up. My man calls twice a week for an hour at a time, of course he has to call back four times but we talk now. He's written me two 8 page letters that I have yet to receive.. ha ha.. I'm optimistic about the future.. I just wish he could be here ... My tears do flow wildly at night.. when I miss him the most.. Its just never the same without the one you love...

I am very relieved to hear his dad is helping with the lawyer. It's his son, so why not, right? Things are getting better every time you write on here. So glad for you.

Tears won't stop completely. But if you can just get through a few tasks or a few hours of the day without them, it's a start. This is the beginning of this. My tears never stopped completely, they just lessened as time went on.

You are getting the hang of this how to survive thing better than you thought you could even a week ago. Good for you!
