this is kinda dumb I know but I would eat very little because I know the meals they eat and I would feel bad if I went out to eat but really what got me out of a depression I was in I went to a concert and that knock my out of my depression because one of the singers actually brother was/still in prison and one of the songs he sang was actually about his brother I didn't realize it til I got home who he was I was there for another band but go out and do stuff..weather it just going shopping,to movies,get hair done do something for you

OMG Brandnewa... I could not listen to that song... toooooo sad. Beautiful, but sad. Yep, I did the not going places because he couldn't, not eating out because he got crap for food. It doesn't do them any good, but we feel the need to deprive ourselves too. They don't want that. They want us to have somewhat of a normal life, they need us strong. We can be, just gotta work on it day by day. I DID IT, and I was the queen of crying. And I survived the 3 years 2 months and I think 19 days. And now he is out, and it is good finally. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Right now, it just doesn't feel like it for you.
