But As bhamguy wrote, do what you CAN do, what YOU have control over and that is yourself. Do something to take care of YOU. If YOU are not taking care of yourself, it doesn't help those around you. It is not selfish (as I had thought it was in my case). If we can't take care of ourselves, we won't have the strength to do what is needed for those that need us as well.
