My advice is to check out resources in your area; like the ones Blue mentioned above. Make a list of them on paper and the next time he asks for your help hand him the list. Set a boundary as to what point in his recovery he'd be welcome back into your life and then let him work it on his own. To do any more than this without his 110% effort - you'll only end up spinning your wheels for naught and frustrate your life. Remember you didn't cause it, can't control it and won't cure it.
