So as many of you already know Matt has relapsed again although I don't really think this is the right term because quite frankly he has been in a tailspin that would peak every few weeks since he left rehab in April. I told him that yesterday and he agreed . It has been one thing after another since his near fatal O/D in May. I finally got the truth out of him tonight about what he was taking last week Of course he lyed at first and said percocet then he changed it to roxies and finally admitted. As I suspected it was EFFIN HErOIN. I found empty wrappers in his trash can in his room and I could instantly tell it was some type of opiod due to his eyes PIN sized pupils Dead giveaway the only drugs that cause that are opiods or benzos which were both his drug of choice when all this started. Anyway the last time he had it was on thursday and now we are going through the NASTY mood swings part of it. I am not going through this again I just can"t . I found a new place for him to go to for rehab and he made the phone call tonight so I am grateful for that. I will always be here for him as long as he doesn't use drugs. I love my son so much I wish he never ever tryed this shit. I always told my kids the dangers of drugs but did he listen NO ! I hope my other two have seen enough of the heartache pain and misery that drugs cause because I will never go through this again! I think my girls are smarter than that but i also thought my son was. Boy was I wrong. Anyway I pray this new place is better than the last and this time he has been started on antidepressants so every little bit helps Right? One thing I know for sure I am ALOT smarter this time and most of the reason for that is because of all of you my wonderful BFF's on here. Love you guys wish me luck! Dee
