It is not true any program will work. Example if a person does not have a faith in a higher power then telling them to have faith will not work. It also has been shown that programs that are based in religion have a lower success rate if the person does not believe or is not taught how to work through triggers and basically the science of addiction. Smart has a higher rate of recovery.

It is a very good program and hopefully he does well. They also meet only 1-2 days a week as they feel the person has to live in the real world and has family obligations. I wish Smart would of been around where I live years ago. Its still not as I live in the bible belt.
