To all my friends ,,, just wanted to share,, what I did for myself,, you can call it what you want,, I choose to call it therapy,,, Monday July 23,, I packed up enough thIngs, for myself ,, of course Ava , and decided to spend the next three weeks up north on our 35 acres of beautiful God's country,,, I was at that pointed being pulled in multiple directions,, and felt the best solution for not just my "so called adult" addict in recovery, but for the rest of the clan to start figuring out solutions to problems on their own, when they occure,, instead of turning to me, and watching and waiting for my solutions,,I must say in the last few weeks ut's been quite commical,, of course I've answered their calls, but simply reply, I'm not there,, take a moment a figure it out on your own ,,, even my dear husband commented on how much I'm missed around the "compound " and how he realized that my presents was taken for granted ,,, so call it escape, recharge my batteries ,, or great therapy for everyone,,, I've never done sonething like this before,,, because I was so worried about everyone else, and fixing everyone's " so called shoe laces",,, that I forgot my own shoes!!! ,

The last three years of my life,, which I did turn 46,, during this time,,became totally consumed with addicts addiction, my mom's death, moving ,, trying to keep up with things I know realize are not that important,,,, what's important is stopping the crazy rollarcoaster ride,, and simply enjoying life, instead of analyzing every moment

So I am preaching, and livIng these words!!

Live like its your last day
Laugh until it hurts
Love,, like it felt the first time

It's not about the breath we take,,, it's about what takes our breath away that truly is importent

Big shout out to all of my friends on this site,, your presents in my life, is a gift ,, and physically I would never recognize you, but spiritually i feel I know each of you by the big heart, and compassion you have shown me,,,

You all know my motto; where there is life there is hope, darkness is only a mere allusion,,
