husband is an alcoholic. Hits me when he's drunk!!after he's sober he doesn't remember doing that?

he doesnt if he gets that drunk but you should or have you talked to him about that .that he beats you

Yes he says he would never do that and how I am lying- what I mean my hit meaning slaps me or throws stuff at me then he doesn't remember it.

hopefully there isn't a next time, but if you know he is drinking and when he starts record him doing so and show him the next day, then suggest AA and counseling?!

My husband often didn't remember anything from being drunk. You have to put down some hard boundaries you're willing to back up. I told mine he needed to stop drinking and get help or I would leave and I meant it. He's been sober since last October.
Sit down and talk calmly to him about what happens when he drinks. Then talk about limits and boundaries. Not remembering doesn't make it OK for him to hit you.
