Well Justin spent 21 days in jail. He was released on Friday and again checked him self into the local Psych ward. He called me today from the hospital. We could only talk for a few minutes and I asked him if he had tried to call me he said no. He said he would have been too depressed if I refused the call so he didn't bother to call.
I have been waiting for him to call only I thought he would be in jail for at least 6 months. He was given 18 months probation and released. I asked him if that meant he would not be able to leave town to go to a treatment program and he thought he would be able to do a treatment program as long as he gave his PO notice. I have no idea if he even plans on going to a treatment program but I needed to know if he was allowed legally. I am going to visit him tomorrow night and I guess it will show me where his head is at. He is mentally ill and an addict but I don't know if he will be willing to go into treatment or not. He tried the sober living facility and relapsed within a month so I know he needs much more intensive treatment but weather he gets it is to be seen.... I'm relieved that he called and I'm wanting so much to speak to him but I'm also afraid he will say all the stupid crap like he always does... Don't want long term residential care i can do this on my own BS!!
