You are accomplishing things like getting out and going to church. Living with an addict is difficult and if your body is asking for more sleep that may be a good thing. Maybe it's how your body deals with the stress.
I agree with bhamguy about the traveling in the valley, but I do know that on one depression support group they did say something about doing at least two things for yourself. Even if one is taking a shower and the second is making a bed. The lady who wrote the article said that she got in the habit of sweeping because 1. it was good physical exercise and 2. even in the deepest times she had a shiney floor, and 3. she could see she accomplished something.
so don't set yourself up for failure by trying to do too much, but I would try to do something. I think looking at an empty sink, or a made bed might make you see you are making progress.
and everyone is right, you are way too hard on yourself. it must be a medical education by product....when you get past this, you are going to be so wise in your profession. be good to yourself today.
