Damn, didn't imagine it could get SO MUCH WORSE! My husband was taken to hospital at 2 am after being hit by a car while walking on the highway and between then and noon he went from communicating to a pre-coma like state. What a week.

The doctor I just saw said he is very, very, very serious/critical. The treatment/drugs are not taking pressure off of his brain and they don't think operating would be a good idea either. So, waiting for the inevitable I guess.

He just completed week 2 in induced coma. They are trying to slowly cut back on the inducing drug to see how he responds. . .
