I am so nervous.
My husband and I start marriage counseling tonight. He has been clean for a year.
This is our first time in marriage counseling. This is it....we either work on our marriage or we go our separate ways.
I just hope the therapist is good. I don't think we will survive if we have to go through multiple therapist. My husband is already on the defensive as I picked this therapist.
Last night, I had to hear all about how much his life sucks, he hates his job, the marriage is a sham, he has been clean for a year and the only positive thing that has come out of it is that we are in a better position financially. That I have 3 months to start embracing him again, having sex with him and complementing him. He is going to move out of our bedroom and into his office. But, I digress.....
