I don't think my family ever understood about my son's alcoholism...or that he was always in jail. They don't get it now either. I hope they never have to learn the hard way.

Me to say they are breaking up after the holidays. I text her back after weeks of no contact. I said thanks for touching base when you need me. You know what I'm going thru. She said goodbye and good luck and blocked me. And we are the ones that are f'ed up. Ugh
