I know that when we lost our dog it really helped to remember all of the ways he was special. What kind of dog is he (or she)?
I can tell by reading your post that you are a very caring person sometimes life just sucks. I hope you know you are not alone we are always here for you. I hope things somehow turn around for you. I just want you to know I'm here for you, I don't know if I can be of any help but I'll try anyway. I hope you feel better soon.
Hugs,
Pat
So, are you in your new home yet?
maybe you can just think about what you can control...spoiling the dog. decorating your new house, purging junk you no longer need....making your home a sanctuary. you deserve it.
I will never get another dog. I cannot bare this. He is like the good child. Wish I new 35 years ago. I would have had three dogs instead.
I'm going to a naranon meeting tonight. I need it. did a walk with the dog to a park. He loves it and it's a beautiful day to let
Him enjoy the sunshine.
I'm done. I'm not taking my younger sons calls. I text him to contact me when he's clean. He text the meanest crap. I won't answer. I can't do this to myself anymore. I have to let go.
they chose what they want, you have the same right.
the right to chose to survive, to live, to breathe deeply, to be free, to have peace, to enjoy life, to even be happy.
We can not control our addicts!!! We get so tangled in the dysfunction that we almost become addicted to the dysfunction! Step back, say the Serenity Prayer, and breath.....
And good luck with your beloved dog! I too have the sweetest Pit that we rescued......he is a Blessing....
Hugs....xxxxxx
