After everything with Mack, I can't stay here anymore. I'm going home to NY. I already talked to my mom. She has room for us. I talked to my boss. She will recommend me for a transfer. This weekend I will talk to my daughter's father. He will be very upset, but I can't survive out here on my own. All of my family and friends are back in NY. And I need to get far far away from my addict. Everything here reminds me of Mack. I can't stand it. I need to stop hurting. I need my mommy. And my bestie.

actually i think for your own sanity, and to get your life back manageable is an excellent idea,,,,,,, an addicit is an addicit the rest of their life,,,, it's their choice to be a active one,,,,,,,

once you get your life in a manageable order,, not only will you feel good about yourself,,, but then you can see the whole picture,,,, perhaps the love of your life,,, really was not,,,,

i think your a very strong wormen, intelligent, not afraid of getting dirty,,,, now is the time to think of you,,,, you will be just fine

YOU GO GIRL! Don't look back...stay away and get your life back together, get yourself feeling good and then decide where he 'fits in' to YOUR life...not trying to fit yourself in his.

Mommies are great! Have fun, enjoy your family and friends and THERE is NO PLACE LIKE HOME...ever!

Thank you all! I will still be coming to DS. I need this board. And the move will not be until the summer. I want my daughter to finish school here. And spend time with her dad. He is going to be devastated. But he gives me no support. I have to go. I have felt much calmer since I decided to go home. Seattle has been my home for the past 15 years. But there is nothing left for me here. Mack was my breaking point. I need the familiarity of NY. My family. My dearest friends in the world. I will be going back to the house I grew up in. It will be quite the adjustment. But a worthy one. I'm looking forward to it.
