My husband (cocaine addict) researched and decided he was going to a rehab, he is putting things in place at work and home so he can enter next week! this is the first hope I've had in many years. He will be gone at least 30 days and is very nervous. Anyway, I just got a text from him saying he'd be home as soon as he was able to drive - he's too drunk....ugh. I'm struggling with anger, though I should be grateful he let me know, it's the first time he's ever warned me about this. All the while I'm reading "Co-Dependant No More" and trying to figure out how the heck to detach, this book is like it's written about ME. I'm trying to help him so much, that his actions are actually controlling me. I can't find an al-anon meeting until tomorrow night, but I'm going! I need help..................any suggestions? I'm getting that sickness in my stomach again...
