You need to detach from your sister. There is nothing you can do to make her better. She has to want it for herself. She doesn't want to get better right now. You have no control over her actions. You have no control over her addiction. It's a horrible feeling of helplessness, I know. Us non-addicts, seem to be the ones who get hurt the most by our addicts choices.
Remember that it's not your sister who's doing all of this. It's the addiction. It's ok to hate your sister the addict. Just remember to love your sister the person. They are different people. She's going to need love when she finds her bottom. But keep in mind that there is nothing you can do to fix her.
There is nothing you can do. Arguing with an addict is useless...
And I think it is ok to be mad at the situation...and sad for the loss of ther person, a worried for your parents. These situations suck- but she made her choice.
You have no control in the situation. Now take a deep breath and resolve to handle it differently next time...remember that insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
the anger you have is only bondage that will hold you down,,,, from living a happy life,,, let it go,,, being angry is not going to change anything... the addicit will still use,,,, let it go,,,,, no one know why,,, and addicit choices a drug, before there loving family,, that's why it's called a disease,,,,, if there was one sec,, before they used that drug we could stop them,,,,, trust me I would,,,, before an addicit actually uses,, there is a moment, where they have freedom of choice,,,,, drugs is only the symptom of the addicition,,,
you have every right to feel the way you do,,,,, and keep venting to us,, get it out,,,,,
but don't let the devil win,,, holding on to bondage, such as ( hate) will only keep you prisoner,,,, be strong fight satan( don't let the addiciton,, become your obsession)
