Now he's been out of rehab for about 8 months and we are in a relapse I'm almost positive. Even though he want admit it. It's a roller coaster. No to be a Debbie downer but it was easier loving him from a distance than it is being together. It's hard and it's a battle!!!

My son went to a sober house after he got out of rehab.
I guess i would address it up front. things you discovered about what you need to do differently for yourself and ask him what he will need to stay sober.
Alanon (meetings or readings) are good if you don't have a councelor, and AA for him...for support.
Keep taking excellent care of yourself and lead a healthy life. The rest is up to him.
Open, honest, clear, not passive aggressive communication is key for both of you. Treat him as you would a friend ...being kind, and not taking advantage of, or being taken advantage of.
