The saga with my son continues! The constant usage of opiates, xanax, now roxy's. My son is worse than ever. We filed for eviction over a week ago, then on Sunday, he goes into a drug rage smashing my windshield while I'm driving. I kick him out of the car and go to pick up my husband so we can go file charges and he shows up at the house and gets in my husband's face. I call 911, he hears this and proceeds to destroy my house, pull the phone out of the wall. We pick up the dog and flee in the car. Like a sick scene from a movie, he pounces on the hood of the car as we're backing out and continues to hit the windshield, kick the doors and smash the drivers side mirror. We wait for the police up the street and by the time they get to the house, they would not let us re-enter. Because he injured himself in all of this (he told the police that my husband tried to run him over), they him to the ER and then to the Psych ward for a 72 hour hold. After all of this, we go file for an order of protection so that he cannot act like this or he will get arrested. He was released yesterday, stopped to buy 2 cases of beer and went on a pill binge. The police served him with the order around 7 p.m., he sat there cocky and drinkning his beer and didn't flinch. No reaction whatsoever! By midnight, he was so high because he cleaned out his bank account and his drug dealer picked him up on 3 separate occasions. We got in the car and drove to the preceinct to have him removed and by the time they got there he was overdosing (for the 3rd time)!!!! I asked him yesterday afternoon if beining in a psych ward, being a drug attic soon to be homeless was rock bottom and he said not yet! He is now in the Emergercy room trying to con the doctors into sending him home. They will probably put him back in psych. I don't even know what happens next?????? HE NEEDS LONGTERM REHAB!!!!!!! I wonder if they can mandate him. This is too much to handle.
