i have 18 yr old son w addiction issues and 2 younger sisters age 10 and 12 unfortunately my younger ones have been forced to deal with their brothers problems and its hard enough for me as an adult but i was wondering of any special groups geared to younger siblings where they could get some help thanks
As far as my 15 yr old...he's seen and heard an awful lot. I offered him to go to my therapist to visit....he did once and said that was fine....We talk openly with him and I am always checking in with him. He has openly talked about drugs and what it can do to a person and families to other kids in the school so I'm hopeful he will come out of this mess just fine!
I guess there is school counselors that could help as well.
Hang tight...this addiction effects the whole family I'll be thinking of all of you!
