Well we just got home from court and it did not go as we wanted. We can see Chace for daily visits but no overnights and you know what I'm not really all that upset. I think the judge did the right thing for now. I know Krista was very anxious and nervous but she definitely was over medicated, I saw it the lawyer saw it and when Krista opened her mouth the judge saw it. The other lawyer had the records from when Krista took Chace to the emergency room and the report did not look good at all, they felt she had taken to much of her medication and I do know they were right even though she denies it. I thought her Dr. had taken her off clonopin and I was wrong she is still on a low dose but I think she is overtaking it when she gets anxious and it showed today.
She needs to learn how to handle her anger and her stress without clonopin and that is what the judge wants to see by our next court date which is July17th. I hope she has the strength and determination to do this because if she doesn't she won't get joint custody back. She has called her Dr. already to see if she can get an emergency appointment for today or early next week. I hope she is truthful with them because I know if she isn't nothing is going to work. It's all in her hands now, I am going to keep encouraging her and praying for her and I know that's all I can do.

Although it didn't go how you wanted, for either of your kids, it seems you are handling it ok. You seem to understand this was how it had to be, I guess. I know we wish for miracles, but rarely get them. It isn't the end for your daughter, there will be more chances, right?
I am glad you are able to find a way for some peace about the whole situation.
The story about that guy getting killed is really scary. How do we trust people out in the world. Something as simple as selling a truck ends up with a man dead? There are alot of evil, sick people out there that need to be in prison, then there's some that don't need prison but other alternatives. Until our justice system gets their heads out of their butts and figures out that they need to revamp their whole way of thinking, things will get worse.
