I feel soo horrible today! My AH has been drinking every day and since we've been having major issues, he's being very sarcastic and nit picking at me to try to upset me. Yet he doesn't want to hear anything I have to say. I felt emotionally scared and shocked last night at his behavior towards me and he told me it was over between us and has been for a long time. He doesn't quit drinking to make anything better. He wouldn't act that way if he were sober. My legs were literally weak and my arms felt numb. I became very cold and couldn't get warm! Today he smiles and says he loves me and it's unbelievable! But then he was drinking and became sarcastic again tonight. My 9 yr. Old tells me that his father told him yesterday that he could kick me out Cuz this is his house.

I'm asking for prayers for strength and courage..My 9 yr. Old told me today he doesn't like his dad when hes drunk and that hes a jerk after drinking so much. And we discussed us moving out and he thinks its a good idea. He says dad can get drunk and we wont have to worry bout him bullying anybody. Yesterday AH yelled that he was going to break my bedroom door down cuz I had it locked and he got impatient in 5 seconds..because he needed to get a diaper for the baby...

So sorry that you are going through this. Been there and it is so incredibly hard. Is there some place you can go? Do you have family close that would let you stay with them? If so, that might be a good option so that you can get yourself, and especially your kids, out of a chaotic situation. I've had my AH puch holes in walls and doors when he's drunk... not a fun thing. And it can get pretty scary. It's always hard to know what to do.

i pray you will listen to your 9 year old son and get out for the sake of those kids. even if you can't do it for yourself please for your children!

The only place I have to go right now is to a shelter. I went to my moms last week and stayed a couple days with the kids and I don't want to do that again! Anyway today my H didn't drink but when I try to tell him why I'm stressed out with him he says he would be in a better mood if he got more sex from me!! What the hell serious?!?! He still tells me he loves me tonight and I think hes crazy! Why would I want to love someone who says stuff like that and who is drunk n passed out all the time? Why doesn't he get it? Ughhhh!!! He didn't drink tonight and the night went smoother than others so thankful for that and thankful he didn't try to seduce me tonight again...and that hes asleep already. Hes off the next two days and will expect me to pretend nothing happened the last 2 weeks...and then start drinking again. I hope I can find the strength to do the right thing for my kids and I.

in the middle of addiction, they are totally wrapped around--not their love for you--their own needs. Their own moods. Their own gratification. All else is secondary.
I pray that you start seeing to your own healthier needs and those of your children--somehow, somewhere. Use phone resources; they are out there. Get someone on your side to support you and start you on a course of healthy decisions.
