For all of you parents of addicts, I found a wonderful book that helped me tremendously in dealing with my AD. Its called "Don't Let Your Kids Kill You" I found it to be very helpful and eye opening. You can get it off Amazon.com for about $10. Give it a read if possible.

Another good book for parents of addicts is by Susan Botke "Setting Boundaries with you Adult child", it is a great help for learning the difference between enabling and helping. I need to read both daily because I have a really hard time getting it right!!!
