i am feeling somewhat depressed today. marriage ending. i have had enough. i know i am doing the right thing and will be better for it. and most days i am okay...proud of my strengths etc,
but today i just seem to be dwelling on the sadness of it all. when i stop focusing on AH i realize how i was changed in negative ways, and all those years of hurt.
when i think about him i am so sad that he was changed into someone with no pride or dignity or trust worthiness.
i am sad because i tried every thing i could possibly think of to help and nothing worked, and then he calls me a bitch (or worse) for bringing up things he feels "uncomfortable" about.
i am sad because i feel abandoned
i am sad because he used me
i am sad because he hurt our children
i am sad because this is the only way out
i am sad because this only way out is the only way to peacefulness.

Be happy you don't have to allow this addict to treat you with disrespect.
Be happy this way out , is the new step for peace
Be happy that you will no longer allow him to make you sad
Be happy your the strength and voice for your kids
Being strong is knowing when to surrender , when you did everything possible ,,, be a big girl,,, take back your pride , no one can make you happy,,, happiness comes from inside
Shout to that girl in the mirror ,, I am a worthy person that does not ask for respect, but demands it,,, I will no longer let the devil control my life,,,
